Meet the team behind this journey
As Sales Development Manager for DACH Enterprise, you will lead and coach a team of outbound SDRs focused on the DACH market. This is an operational execution and team leadership role, where you'll spend 50% of your time on direct coaching activities. Based in our Berlin office (2 days per week required), you'll drive team performance through hands-on coaching, process optimisation, and daily team management. You'll be leading a team of 7-9 outbound SDRs focused on DACH Enterprise accounts
Your Responsibilities
- Direct Team Coaching (50% of time): Conduct weekly call reviews, role-plays, and skills development sessions with each SDR. Provide real-time feedback and personalised coaching plans.
- Performance Management: Lead weekly 1:1s focused on pipeline review and activity metrics. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans where needed.
- Team Meetings & Engagement: Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and monthly skills workshops. Drive team cohesion through recognition programmes and collaborative learning.
- Process Execution & Training: Ensure consistent execution of the DACH Enterprise outbound playbook. Deliver onboarding for new team members using standardised materials. Identify and implement tactical process improvements.
- Pipeline & Activity Management: Monitor daily activity levels, ensure CRM hygiene, and maintain forecast accuracy for SDR-generated pipeline. Optimise handoff quality with aligned DACH Enterprise AEs.
- Weekly pipeline reviews with aligned DACH Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Monthly coordination with regional marketing manager for DACH
- Quarterly performance updates to senior leadership
 
 
Qualities we look for
- Fluency in German and English are mandatory, please do not apply if you don't meet this requirement
- Substantial experience in Sales Development management with operational focus
- Proven ability to deliver hands-on coaching and call reviews
- Track record of improving SDR performance through consistent 1:1 coaching
- A deep understanding of SDR processes and best practices
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful processes that drive measurable improvements in performance and productivity
- Experience working in an international environment
- Effective collaboration with directly aligned teams and competent with stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other SDR-related tools
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate effectively with DACH Enterprise Sales and team members
- Solid experience with Google suite of products including Slides, Sheets, Docs
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to multitask across operational responsibilities, prioritise and meet deadlines

- Experience working as an AE yourself
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism and other sales tools
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS B2B sales cycles
